Become an Annual Sponsor of The Rotary Club of Seneca. One annual sponsorship will cover sponsorships for the following events:

  • Annual Poker Run

  • Oktoberfest 5k

  • Student of the Month

  • Community Grant Program

  • Seneca Rotary Education Foundation Annual Scholar Program 501(c)(3) - Donations must be made payable to the Foundation and mailed to PO Box 1452 Seneca, SC 29679.


     

HOW IS YOUR MONEY USED?

Proceeds from this event supports Seneca Rotary Scholars through our Education Foundation & local charities through our Community Grants Program.

 

  • Rotary Scholars - Each May, the Rotary Club of Seneca recognizes scholars in each grade 6 – 12.  They and their parents are treated to a luncheon in their honor.  Should they earn Rotary Scholar status all seven years in both middle and high school, they could earn as much as $1500.00 from the Seneca Rotary Club upon their graduation from Seneca High School.  This is a great way to recognize students who have exhibited leadership, academic performance and community service. 
     

  • Community Grants Program -  Each year, local 501(c)3 Organizations may submit a grant for funding consideration. Funds are limited to what we raise through our fundraisers.  From previous Poker Runs and our RO5K, we were able to provide the following local non-profits with a check:

    • Collins Children’s Home

    • Cub Scout Pack 3031

    • Fostering Faithfully

    • Grace’s Closet

    • Oconee County Sheriff’s Youth Leadership Camp

    • OMH Cancer Institute

    • Our Daily Rest

    • Ripple of One

EXHIBITORS

Space is available to exhibit your services or product at The Lighthouse Cabana.

FRIDAY, JUNE 21 - REGISTRATION DAY

​

Setup: 12:00pm - 4:00 pm
Poker Run Raffle Registration: 4 pm - 8 pm
Breakdown: 8:00 pm

  • Hors d’oeuvres will be served at the Cabana.

  • Dinner is available at the Lighthouse. Full menu available. Not included in registration fee.

SATURDAY, JUNE 22 - DAY OF POKER RUN RAFFLE (RAIN DATE IS JUNE 24)

​

Setup: 9:00am - 10:00 am
Poker Run Raffle: 10:00 - 3:00 pm
Winners announced: 4:00 pm
Breakdown: After 4:00 pm (all Exhibitors are requested to be closed by dark)

COST

​

Booths selected on a first come, first serve basis.

​

$50 - 10 X 10 booth 
$100 - Vehicle display, i.e boat, pwc (limited space) 

​

 

BOOTH SELECTION

​

Exhibitors will be contacted to determine where they would choose for setup. Ranking will be based on a points system consisting of the level of Sponsorship and longevity of participation in the event.
